This lovely handmade serving bowl is adorned with beautiful treasures from the sea.
A clay Sandollar, and Clay Starfish are sculpted onto and into the clay bowl.
The piece has undergone 3 separate 24 kiln firings in all.
I have created the different glaze colors by mixing up many different stain colors to create a truly one of a kind piece.
A 3rd and final over glaze of mother of pearl has been applied to complete the piece.
The metallic hues are beyond measure.

This unique bowl is food, dishwasher and microwave safe.
It will hold 1 and a half quarts.
